Yes, park is based on Sunset Valley park but little different 🙂

How do I add this lot into my game? I have the UC version on Origin. The installation instructions tell me to double-click the file to install it, but that doesn't work.

I have also the UC. You must use the CleanInstaller to install the Lot. Read the Installation instructions carefully and there is a Link to the CleanInstaller.
