I took me a bit to figure it out as well ^^
You need to scroll down to the bottom until you see this-

package:
纳米盘 vdisk 威盘

Click on the vdisk one.

To download click on the button which has 普通下载(50K/s) on it.
Well, that's just the way i downloaded it, you can do the same for the sims3pack if you prefer those.
