This is probably a stupid question, but do these cute mini cribs work the same as the original ones in the game when placed in homes that you're not playing? (Meaning will placing a couple of these in a house and moving a couple in there encourage the creation of baby sims like the regular cribs do)

This'll be great for my fishing sims, they're house is only gonna have two rooms so they haven't exactly got room to spare!
Thanks!

Ryuchan - I had no idea that cribs in homes did that anyway, but since it was cloned from an EA crib I would have to guess that it would.

silverio1975 - I don't take requests.

Ah, I don't know what is said about cribs officially, it is just that in my game so far whenever I've equipped a house with a bunch of cribs (and of course a couple of beds for the kids as they grow older) and move a married couple in, well, when I've checked on that household after a while it has been swarming with kids. I just assumed this was why, but I could be wrong.
Either way, thanks for this. It'll definitely end up in my sims' home.

Edit: No Awesomemod or anything else that will alter storymode in any way I'm afraid... just the base game with a few little tweaks like TestingCheats.

Are you playing with Awesome Mod, and have Awesome Story Mode enabled? Because with Awesome Story mode, only families that have cribs will have kids.

This is awesome HL, and great for tiny houses. Thanks! :D

The original little sister crib does spawn babies in inactive homes, at least in my game. So I'd assume this would as well

Thank you HugeLunatic! No more wall to wall cribs in nurseries for me!

WONDERFUL! I loved Plasticbox's version too, and this will be incredibly useful in smaller spaces. Thanks!

I build and play small houses, so this is perfect for me. Thanks for creating a most useful object for Sims 3. Love it!
