Lol, Stefan ...I think EA wanted to please the build creators with sims3 and at the same time keep sims2 running...if EA had improved Sims3 as we all had espected ...well the sky would have been the limit!
But I like your's sims3 too! They are just another...breed.

Ha ha this is hilarious, am downloading her and will make her a very suitable roommate to your Paris Hilton! Now my sims have two characters they can make fun of and torment!

This is the first pre-made sim I've downloaded. Now I need a G.I. Joe (with scar) to complete the pair...Ken, who? Thanks for this creation. I'm sure she'll reach the heights of her career path as "Dr. Barbie" or "Astronaut Barbie". Ah, who am I kidding? She'll be slutty Barbie who gets drunk and picks fights with the elderly outside the theater. Take that, Bratz!

She looks amazing and better than TS2 version! Because in TS3 all the sims look like plastic

No, she will look fine, it's just a picture...
Plus you can remove the facemask and put any eyes you want, she will still look like a Barbie doll, even without the mask, since it's not a drastic change...geesh :P

i could not setup barbie in game, it did not appear in Sims3Launcher.exe , i put it in downloads folder. i other time tried to put it in packages. it did not work still. it is not pack or package it is sim "Barbie_Doll.sim" how can i setup it. i like barbie thanks if i can work it.

No, your sims3 Barbie is much better than sims2 Barbie.
