For some reason, my sim child only gets the option to hire a caterer when she clicks on the stove but can cook on a regular stove...any suggestions?

I had this same problem, so I removed it. Did it ever start working for you?

no, it never worked correctly for me, I also removed it. But a very cool idea!

Bonjour et merci pour ce mod. moi pour une raison que j'ignore quand je veux utiliser la petite cuisinière , il se passe qu'une fis achetai dans le l'achat des objets je la pose et elle disparaît comme par magie lol je ne comprends pas pourquoi ? magique!! mystère!! haha!! si qq pouvait me donné une solution ce serait très gentil merci et continue a nous faciliter la tâche ,car j'ai une grande famille, des Bambins 3 et une Ado plus les parents et je ne peux pas loger tout le monde, mais merci a toi pour ce mod et chapeau l'artiste. pourrais tu crées si tu peux des lits pliants comme dans les sims 3 ou des clic clac pour pouvoir s'en servir comme canapés et comme lit? je pense que j'en demande trop sniif!!! kiss a toi et continue comme ça

For those who only get the "hire a caterer" option with kids using the stove, please note that on the main page of the toy stove mod, the modder also listed a link to his mod that allows children to use the stove and opens the cooking skill to kids. I'm guessing that's what caused the issue for the 2 previous posters. If you want to let your kids use this toy stove, you need TWO downloads.
