Default The Sims & The Sims 2 Music in a Monetized Youtube Video
Could someone please explain me which music from the first 2 Sims games is/ is not going to get a copyright claim if used in a monetized Youtube video? I know one Sims 2 channel that monetizes their videos and uses mostly Sims 1 and some Sims 2 DS neighborhood/build buy mode soundtracks, with some other video game soundtracks as well, BUT they have the in-game radio turned off, and they did not get any copyright claims. What if I want to use more of the Sims 2 soundtracks? Any insight into this would be appreciated.

Jerry Martin's stuff is definitely off the list, he still actively licenses his music for use in advertisments and other games.
