Hey guys,
So as the title implies I'm searching for a mobile workstation. It has to run Maya 2017 it also cannot be over $1500(USD). Also no HP's I've had a few bad experiences with them.
Beyond that I don't care about screen size or anything else, however since I'll be dragging this all over a university campus keeping it under 8ish LBS would be appreciated.
I have been searching for months and have asked countless people. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I've looked at the Lenovo Y720, the Alienware 17, and a couple of Dell and MSI mobile workstations.

Word of warning when you might get frustrated, I know I have.
