Default Empty Newcrest...
I added lots and even built a tiny house in Newcrest but I didn't add any sims to the world yet. I exited the game and when I reloaded the world it was blank again. I just want to cry at this point.

By any chance, did you save before exiting? That has happened to me and the reason was I did not save.
