Default Need to Have this Baby NOOOW!!!
So I was playing along, when my game crashed, and like a moron, I had not saved it. My Main Sim is preggo, and I would like to go ahead and get her to have the baby but I cannot find any cheats that seem to work.. any suggestions would be really helpful!!

I Tried the add.buff pregnancy_trimester3 and add.buff pregnancy_inlabor

neither of those worked =(

The pregnancy mega mod can do that. Get that and you can induce labor.
