The hairstyle is Hysteria by Stealthic and the piercings are probably from this set.

Ah, uh... no offence, I tried to install them on this Mac, and it won't install. So I went to the source, and it turns out one needs a Baidu account (which is the Chinese equivalent of Google). So it looks like I'll have to live without it for now.

Edit: Unless you can think of another place where I can get them?

Hmm, that's super weird it loaded just fine for me?

Here's a reupload of that file for you, hopefully this one will work.

Try to convert it into .package with this tool

Edit: Just realized it may not work on Mac, but there's another program which according to this does work on Mac.
