To Everybody Else:
This Sim Apparently Doesn't Understand That Numenor Is Not Responsible For The "No Lightning" Problem (There's No Rain Either), and that the problem is Wintermutai1's HAARP Weather Machine Being Set To Clear Sky Somewhere...
