A TINY TOWNHOUSE

This picturesque townhouse is your Sims' safe haven away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Fully furnished with three bedrooms and two baths and equipped to fulfill all your Sims' needs, this townhouse had the perfect blend of the old and the new. The townhouse also has a pool and an open and airy bar with a piano to entertain the guests. There is also a barbecue in the backyard to enjoy in the summer months while sipping lemonade under the shady umbrellas.

The First Floor

On entering the townhouse an archway to the right leads you into the cozy living room and dining area with a fireplace. The TV is hooked up to the gaming console for all the gaming tournaments. This room leads to the kitchen on one hand and also to the library and reading nook on the other hand where your Sims can unwind with a good book.
There is also a bathroom downstairs just opposite to the coat rack.

The Second Floor

The stairway leads to the second floor and you notice the Grandfather clock on the stairwell, and then the guest bedroom is to the left while the teen bedroom is to the right. The master suite also awaits with the en suite bathroom which is a delight to behold. The huge glass windows in the hallway also give an excellent view of the pristine neighborhood.

The Backyard

The pool and the diving board provides fun and relief in the summer months and the piano-bar is an absolute delight all year round.
