UPDATE (3/24/22): Min version now 1.84.197.1030. Version 1.86.157.1030 should be compatible.

Description
For my next major override mod, during the course of my search for items to store, I learned how item upgrades are handled, and (being the kind of player who likes to tinker and not waste a lot of Sim time), came up with the idea. Why not make it so items get placed in the game already upgraded?

Upgrading is simply a state assigned to each item, usually upon placement in the game world. They usually have three possibilities: Not Started, Partial, and Complete. For most items, the default state is Not Started (though for some like the Plasmatron TV, things like the Unbreakable upgrade are already set to Complete to reflect their catalog's "Unbreakable" entry. I simply changed every possible item upgrade's default state to Complete.

Also, for many of them (not all: the Climbing Wall and Bowling Lane are among the exceptions), there's another state known as "Awesome". It indicates whether or not the item has been given the "Instant Upgrade" (aka "The Knack") treatment. I set all of these to "Awesome" since they no longer need upgrading: making the "Instant Upgrade" option disappear to reduce confusion.

Now, when an item gets placed into the World (either from a Sim moving into an new lot for the first time, building a new Lot, or through Build/Buy Mode), the item will have all its applicable upgrades already in place.

And don't worry if you're looking to build a Sim's Handiness Skill. The Woodworking Table and Salvaging are still there for you.

Notes
Some objects (like the Kaboom Box) are NOT included in this list, due to the items in question also being restricted to being carried on Sims and in potential conflict with my Store Most Items in Chests set. You will find these in my combination set (Upgrade or Store?).

Also, it has been brought to my attention that Eco Lifestyle introduced upgrade options that are proving controversial. In particular, one upgrade for toilets, the Composting Container, is problematic because it creates a fire risk for toilets. Therefore, I have made the decision to not enable that particular update. Toilets therefore will also have Instant Upgrade still possible on them, just in case.

Compatibility
I created and tested this mod on version 1.84.197.1030. Due to the nature of the mod, it WILL NOT work with earlier versions because they have different, incompatible tunings. While this is an Override Mod, it modifies spawning behavior. Items placed into the world will remain in the condition dictated by their Tunings at the time. Items in the world before this Mod is installed will not be upgraded after you install, and items spawned upgraded will remain so should you remove this mod.

Because this package only overrides existing tunings, it should be safe for all players. Players not using certain Packs will not have those items appear or be upgraded.

Conflicts
This is a significant Override Mod, overriding the Object Tunings of some 370 items, listed below and categorized by Pack:

Applying another mod that alters these resources can cause conflicts and unpredictable behavior. This is the reason why some items are in the "Upgrade or Store?" set instead.
