Right now I am currently doing my best to fill the empty lots in Riverview with some nice houses. I put a few of my older houses down, and have built a few new houses to add to the neighborhood as well! This finished result is the fourth house in my
Aspen Grove series, and is a callback to the original Aspen Grove house that I built way back in fall 2015!
This house is a new build but features a flipped (mirror image) layout of the original Aspen Grove floor plan. Despite this, the two houses are pretty different in terms of style. I also flipped where the living and dining rooms are to further differentiate the houses. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom as well, which is not a part of the original house.
All my Aspen Grove houses (but especially this home and the original one) look nice when placed right next to - or across the street from - one another. Definitely a suburban/tract housing vibe going on there. I like it a lot, actually, and I hope you do, too!
There is
one piece of CC: a brown roof with white trim. No CC other than that! In keeping with the style of the original home I made sure to keep this house
