Yes that must be how Maxis intended it, it’s not caused by my mod because all I did was replace textures. To fix that, all plants would have to be reworked to be fully seasonal (i.e. make replacements that are cloned from a tree). I probably won’t do that, unless I change my mind in the future

Yeah, I understand why it does that. Everything that's under the edge of the roof has no snow, and that always looks a little odd to begin with. It's just that changing the textures to the more brownish colour looks even more odd when they're next to each other like that. I think I might end up changing how I organize shrubs for this reason. It also ends up looking kinda weird when the shrubs keep switching back and forth from green to brown as the snow falls and then melts and then falls again and then melts again...

Not sure how I forgot to thank this before, but here's a thanks and a thanks post to make up for my oversight! LOVE how the wintry plants look in my game! It's so much more realistic and also truly beautiful.
