One version is a starter home.
It will cost 19996 §. Now get a job or make paintings or marry, otherwise you can not pay your bills.

The other version is for Sims with more money, wich do not like setting up the house itself.
They have to pay 53722 §. One bedroom is not yet furnished and could be used for other purpose too.
