This lot series is similar to my tiny lot series, but with slightly larger lots. This one is 10X15, but I may do 15X15, and maybe 20X15 at the largest. Bigger than that, and I consider the lot sizes to be more common, and easier to find.
I took a while sorting the furniture on this lot. I'm learning that it really does take skill to utilize the space well in a really small lot!
I wanted to make this house as affordable as possible, making it only one story so that there was less space, since smaller space equals less building money. I still decorated it as much as I wanted, and didn't skimp much there, though I tried to use some of the cheaper furniture pieces that had the look I was going for. It's only about 6,000 more simoleons than what two starter sims have anyway, so it would just take a bit of time for sims to afford to live here! I tried to make this house on a 10X10, but thought it would work best on a 10X15. And anyway, this lot size should still be very easy to fit in your world!
I usually don't like to add *regular* roofs, but I thought that may make it look more interesting on such a small lot, and with only one story. The roof worked quite well with the shape I made it.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

About me
Hi everyone, I make modern homes for the sims 3 with few exceptions. I also love oasis landing, so I've made many (and will continue to make) many OL homes and community lots. Use the 'oasis landing' tag to see all my OL lots.
I use some CC on some of my lots (usually just the residential lots), but I only use a handful of it and use a few key pieces quite often, so your game won't get bogged down with tons of CC if you download my builds.
Sometimes I won't be around for a while, but if I've posted something within a few weeks, I am likely quite active. I am happy to accept modern community and residential lot requests as well at my discretion.
