Oh, DAG! This is an amazing build, and as a fan of the original movie I actually gasped a little at the main room of the tailor's shop and the candidates' dorm. Even without the movie references it's just so lush. Love it!

For some reason this isnt not showing up in my game. I follow the usual steps when i download other content but this is the only one that isnt showing up.

@MrMark1224 , what "usual steps" are you following? There shouldn't be anything unusual about this file, so following the steps under the "Install Instructions" tab on the download should be enough...

Just the download instructions (Click the download link, link opens up WinZip, transfer downloaded filed to appropriate folder [S2UC, Downloads folder])

The lots/houses never showed up in my game.

I have attempted to remove the files and go through the process mentioned above several times, still none of the houses/lots show in game

I now may have massively screwed up tho because the last time I tried to download I tried to use the "Notepad" program to open the Sims2 Pack File and now that is the only option I can open the file with. I removed the downloads from my game just in case that messed something up but now I'm scared I can never download lots because of this.

Hmmm... I have no idea why you're seeing (or not seeing, as the case may be) that... I might pose it in one of the help forums. As to being stuck using Notepad, you should be able to choose a different "run with" option if you right-click on the link.
