Chateau Novella was the joint dream of a businessman, and an architect. One with the finances to create a beautiful stately home for him and his family, and the other a man with a dream and a vision to help build his portfolio. How could such a partnership fail?

Unfortunately, the businessman went bankrupt before the project was finished, and Chateau Novella was left in the state it is today. The exterior is complete, but it is now in need of a new owner with considerable finances to complete the partly furnished interior, in the style necessary for such a home. Could you be that owner?

The fusnished rooms on the ground floor are as follows:

Grand Salon, Kitchen with Morning Room, Large Dining Room, Master Bedroom Suite - with walk in closet for two, large bathroom, and hot tub room. There is also a cinema and a large library in a joint annex at the front of the building.

Unfortunately that still leaves approximately 30 rooms unfurnished on the ground floor and the two upper floors, and the two upper galleries which look down to the Grand Salon, are also undecorated, and as yet, no light fittings have been connected to the power.

See the images below for more details.

There are three rear balconies, and two lower turrets with battlements. There is a single garage, and two driveways to the front of the property. A new lawn has been laid, and the driveways are surrounded with cultivated hedges, but the rest of the garden area remains untouched.

Please help bring this stately home to the grandeur it richly deserves.
