Important: Although this can run without 3rd party mods, more interactions are enabled if you have either or both of the following:The "XML Injector" will display the custom "Plasma Recipes" pie menu under fridges & stoves, which is a handy group category for all the plasma recipe interaction types (cooking, gourmet, group).
Whilst, "Andrew's Crafting Enabler" mod will allow the recipes to show up in EA's recipes list.

Without either, you can still craft plasma recipes, but you'll need to buy the "Vampire Plasma Recipes Tome" in Buy Mode, under Appliances -> Miscellaneous.
With that, you'll need to select the recipe from the book, rather than from the fridge or the stove.

Also, Vampires Game Pack is obviously needed in order for this to display & work. Dine Out and Seasons are required for Experimental & Grand Meal recipes respectively, but are not required for anything else.

As of v1.1, plasma foods (except "Plasma Tiered Cake") will now ignore the "Withered Stomach" vampire weakness. If you don't want this, download the "Plasma Fruit Recipes - Still React To Withered Stomach (optional)" zip file in the downloads, and follow the instructions .txt included.

Description:

Blood-sucking is nice & all, but for those sims that either shy away from all that, or are a little lazy to go hunting/asking for blood, or even those that just simply want to put their culinary skills to use for more than the plasma fruit salad alone, this is the mod for them!

So far, the following recipes are included:

Homestyle
  • Plasma Soup (Cooking 2)
  • Plasma Pancakes (Cooking 3)
  • Spaghetti with Plasma sauce (Cooking 4)
  • Plasma Cake (Cooking 4)
  • Plasma Pie (Cooking 7)

Gourmet
  • Plasma Yogurt Parfait (Gourmet 1)
  • Plasma Noodles (Gourmet 1)
  • Squid Ink Spaghetti with Plasma sauce (Gourmet 2)
  • Plasma Fruitcake (Gourmet 2)
  • Plasma Frittata (Gourmet 3)
  • Creamy Plasma Soup (Gourmet 4)
  • Plasma Tiered Cake (Gourmet 5)
  • Plasma Eggs Benedict (Gourmet 6)
  • Plasma Lamb Chops (Gourmet 6)
  • Plasma Lobster Tortelloni (Gourmet 7)
  • Baked Plasma Alaska (Gourmet 10)
  • Ambrosia Nocturnus (Gourmet 10)

Experimental (Needs Dine Out Pack) (Cooking 5 to learn)
  • Exotic Plasma Fruit Charcuterie
  • Semi-Firm Plasma Noodles

Grand Meal (Needs Seasons Pack)
  • Plasma-Glazed Ham Dinner

They should all be compatible with restaurants as well, along with the simple living challenge (with additional ingredient requirements). Group cooking should work too.

Similar to the Plasma Salad, the sim cooking it needs to unlock the necessary part in Vampire Lore (Level 9) before they can craft any of the plasma recipes.
Also similarly, they will all need varying quantites of plasma fruits before you can cook them. Excluding for the Simple Living variations of them, most will only need just Plasma Fruit to cook so as not to overcomplicate being able to cook the recipes.

The only exceptions for now are the squid ink spaghetti which will require a Vampire Squid, and the Plasma-Glazed Ham Dinner, which will require a herb as well.

The recipes are still not as filling as normal human food, but they will satisfy a fair amount of thirst for a vampire sim, far more than the base pack's plasma salads will provide.
As of now, most 'meal' recipes should fill close to or just over half of the thirst bar per serving, whilst desserts like cake slices should fill at or over a quarter of a vampire sim's thirst.

Ambrosia Nocturnus is special for vampires. Aside from still resurrecting ghost sims, for vampires it will fill both thirst & vampiric energy completely.

Manual Installation
There's 2 zip files, but you'll typically just use the non-separated one. Use the separated zip only if you want to remove certain recipes.

Just unzip the contents of either zip files into your Sims 4 mod folder.
You can place it into subfolders to a certain extent, as there's no script files.

In windows, it will typically look something like:
C:\Users\<Your User Profile>\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods

For max OSX, it should look like:
Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods

Bugs
If you encounter any issues or bugs, feel free to let me know via the comments section.
