Hello and welcome!

Speaking honestly, I wasn't sure if I wanna share this build because it's far from being my best one, but then I thought, eh, why not? It just exists out there somewhere in the background and maybe someone's gonna take better care of it than I do.

So as I was playing with Neverglade (a very nice town btw, totally recommend for downloading) I noticed there was a big and empty lot just begging me to fill it with something, so I decided to build a house that is inspired by a dollhouse that I had as a kid. I couldn't find any pics of it, sadly, but I'm gonna add them later if they suddenly pop up somewhere.

It's a two story mansion with a basic shape and the designs that I wasn't putting too much thought into since I was doing that just for fun and for getting that huge empty space out of my sight. Mostly it does resemble the way my dollhouse looked like, but, again, this build was inspired by it and it's not a complete copy so I also added some stuff that I either wished was there or I just thought it looked like something 12 yo me would've liked.

There are three bedrooms (the master, the guest and the children's), two bathrooms (now I'm realizing I should've made a third one on the first floor instead of making a closet lol), a huge living room, a living-room-like space, a gigantic kitched/dining room, an art room, an attic (which btw didn't exist in the original house and I've made one myself, guess I can be a handy boy when I want to lmao), a garage for two cars, a pool and a playground.

Again, not the build I'm proud of, but it was fun to make.

The furnished price is 336,273;
The unfurnished is 177,326.

The lot size is 60x60.

Have a nice one!
