Witch Elm - Dress and Choker Necklace

Well, you can do something like that in this witchcore style dress and key choker. The choker and the dress are both for the female frame, from teen to elder. The dress can be found in the Everyday, Hot Weather, Formal, Cold Weather, and Party categories in 10 swatches (with one "blank" one for recolors). The choker necklace can be found in Everyday, Swimwear, Hot Weather, Formal, Situation, Cold Weather, and Party sections in 7 swatches that match the belt leather. I wanted to use the ROM swatches from that one strappy off-the-shoulder blouse. You'll need "wedding stories" for the dress to work and "highschool years" for the choker. You are welcome to convert it to be basegame friendly, recolor it, whatever you like!
