*EDIT* Hello everyone! I fixed the lot bug by converting it to another one different lot. I checked it and it works. The bug was that you could not play only build, caused as it turned out the lack of mailbox. Please, feel free to change your file to corrected one.

Hey, everybody!
I managed to pass all the exams so I put up the promised bakery. The building is designed to open a home business because on the secondfloor there is a fully functional apartment for one person. On the groundfloor there is a shop with attached kitchen to it to have quick access to baking pastries. I’ve put a few birthday cakes on the shelves, but homemade cakes will also grab the attention of other Sims! I thought it would be a nice idea to have a patio where you can eat the stuff you bought or just sit with the other Sims. Thank you for all your support and appreciation of my buildings <3
