Completely CC free, this home is affordable for a sim just starting out. It's designed like a mobile home, longer than it is wide and even has a trailer hitch on the side! To keep the cost down it doesn't come with electronics, but it's fully furnished and decorated otherwise.

This lot has been playtested using a copy. No sims have ever lived in the uploaded version of this lot.
