Beware all those sims who are afraid of heights! For this home is built on
stilts. The home has 2 modules or blocks, one the living, dining & kitchen,
and the other the sleeping quarters. These 2 modules are connected by a large arched bridge. Wayyyy down below and at the back is the sea...But sims dare not swim in it as it is reported to be infested with sharks! Only Those who dare, will take a boat ride on Shark bay. Thoughtfully, a sim has dug a lake so that sims may swim in it when visiting this unusual holliday home by the sea!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

It also lets you choose what included content to install.
